Principle

When the circular vibrating screen is working, the motor is rotated by the V-belt to make the exciter eccentric block rotate at a high speed. The running eccentric mass produces a large centrifugal force that excites the screen box to produce a circular motion of a certain amplitude. The material on the screen is subjected to a continuous throwing motion by the impulse transmitted by the screen box on the inclined screen surface. When the material meets the screen surface, the particles smaller than the sieve hole are sieved to achieve classification.
